Every activation includes an experienced professional photographer and on-site iPads that deliver attendees’ completed headshots within seconds. Designed for technology conferences, healthcare meetings, professional associations, and corporate gatherings, our Headshot Lounges serve the Seattle Convention Center, major downtown conference hotels, and venues throughout the Seattle area. We handle the photography, equipment, attendee experience, customized image delivery, setup, and teardown to create a seamless extension of your brand.
A minimum 10-by-10-foot booth or activation space is required. This provides enough room for the professional photographer, white backdrop, studio lighting, attendee check-in, image delivery, and a comfortable guest flow. A 10-by-20-foot space is preferred when available, especially for high-traffic events.
We recommend three tables: one high-top table and two standard six-foot tables. These support attendee check-in, our on-site iPads, photography equipment, and image delivery. If your booth has limited space, we can discuss a modified furniture layout before the event.
The Headshot Lounge requires standard electrical power and a reliable internet connection. Power supports our photography and delivery equipment, while internet access allows attendees to receive their headshots on-site. We will provide the complete technical requirements before your event.
Headshots are delivered on-site within seconds through our iPads. Attendees enter their contact information and receive a customized email containing their photographs, creating an immediate attendee benefit while helping your organization generate leads.
Each Headshot Lounge booth can photograph approximately 50 attendees per hour. For larger conferences and high-traffic trade shows, we can add as many booths and professional photographers as needed. This scalable setup allows us to serve hundreds—or even thousands—of attendees while maintaining an efficient, professional experience.
